Ameriplex Mortgage

Ameriplex Mortgage is a division of Main Bank, an Albuquerque-based community bank owned by a group of New Mexico-based business owners. Ameriplex Mortgage was founded in 1993 by Robert Key, who continues to serve as President. In 2010, Ameriplex Mortgage merged with Main Bank and operates as the residential mortgage division of the bank.

We originate FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgages as well as Jumbo and Reverse mortgages. At Ameriplex, we can provide our clients with almost any mortgage loan available to the consumer today. We have combined these products with a strong technology based operation and a highly experienced staff.

The business is owned by Terry O'Brien, who is a man of many talents. In addition to being a licensed aircraft mechanic, Terry is also a licensed pipe fitter and heavy duty mechanic. He can repair your airplane, or if you don't have one, he can update your closets, replace your windows, and fix your bathroom fittings. He says he can do just about any handyman job inside or outside your home. Terry has lived in the Neighborhood five years and been in business as A & P Services for four. You can get in touch with Terry at 280-4440. He said to tell you his usual rate for home maintenance and repair is $30/hour for labor and that he has the "bestlooking wife in the Neighborhood."
